Standard returns

We accept returns for non-personalised products under the following conditions:

  • Notification period: contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • Return period: send the items back within 21 days of delivery

Restrictions

  • We do not accept exchanges or cancellations

  • We cannot accept returns of made-to-order or personalised items, unless they arrive damaged or faulty

Return procedure

  1. Contact our customer service team to let us know you wish to make a return

  2. Pack the item carefully, in its original packaging where possible

  3. Include your proof of purchase

  4. Send the item to the address we will provide

Important conditions

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility

  • The item must be returned in its original condition

  • Any reduction in value caused by inappropriate handling will be deducted from the refund
