At Drive Custom, we take pride in offering high-quality custom steering wheels. That is why every product comes with a 5-year commercial warranty, valid worldwide, covering exclusively manufacturing defects and compatibility issues.

Warranty conditions

  • The warranty only covers defects related to the manufacture of the product or a recognised incompatibility with the vehicle.

  • It only applies if the product has been used as intended (no disassembly, modification, impact, exposure to chemicals or abnormal use).

  • Natural wear, scratches, or any damage caused by mishandling are not covered.

How to make a claim

To activate the warranty, the customer must:

  1. Email our customer service team at info@drivecustom.co.uk.

  2. Provide their order number and clear photos of the faulty product.

  3. Wait for our team's approval before returning anything.

➡️ Return shipping costs are covered by Drive Custom only if the fault is recognised under the warranty.

Solutions offered

If the fault is confirmed:

  • We will repair the product as a priority.

  • If repair is not possible, a replacement may be offered, at Drive Custom's sole discretion.

Warranty exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear over time and through use.

  • Damage resulting from misuse, impact, accident, modification or disassembly of the product.

  • Alterations caused by unsuitable cleaning or care products.

  • Claims made without full supporting evidence (order number + photos).

Statutory rights

This 5-year commercial warranty is in addition to your statutory consumer rights in your country of residence.
