Refund policy

Right to cancel — personalised products: under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the 14-day cancellation right does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specification or clearly personalised. Steering wheels configured to order (materials, colours, stitching, options) therefore cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a fault or non-conformity.

Warranty: all our steering wheels are covered by a 5-year warranty (manufacturing defects).

Lead times: production and delivery within 2 to 5 weeks of order confirmation.
